Class 4 MOTs
As a class 4 MOT tester, we’re approved to test all cars and small vans. We’re qualified and approved to do the work on cars, small vans, taxis and some minibuses. We’ll carry out the test following the DVSA guidelines, and this normally takes around an hour. We’ll check your mechanical and electrical parts of the car and make sure it’s safe to be on the roads.
Once we’ve completed the test we’ll let you know whether your vehicle passed or failed. A fail might seem like a problem but we can also do the MOT repair work, so you don’t need to go anywhere else. Before we do any repairs we’ll always give you a quote and let you know what work needs to be done to get your car through the re-test. We won’t do anything without your permission so we don’t start any work until you’ve approved the quote.
